Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, facility infrastructure, and utility systems.
- Install, modify, and upgrade new production equipment and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), while performing duties.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems).
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting, including motor controls, sensors, and PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, stick) and basic fabrication.
- Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or advanced electrical systems.
- Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
