Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and validate laser welding processes for new and existing products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex laser welding equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.

- Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Experience with advanced laser types (e.g., ultrafast, picosecond) or specialized applications.
- Proficiency in robotics and automation integration for laser welding systems.
- Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning for process optimization.
