Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and maintain PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
- Design, implement, and optimize industrial control systems and automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, automation, and control system issues on the production floor.
- Integrate new equipment and control components into existing manufacturing lines.
- Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control documentation, and software backups.
- Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new machinery and production lines.
- Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) for industrial automation.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex automation systems.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and safety system design.
- Experience with industrial robotics programming (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
- Proficiency in industrial vision systems integration (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with MES/SCADA integration and data historian systems (e.g., OSI PI).
- Experience with SQL databases for industrial data logging and reporting.
