Salary Range: $121,000 - $170,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, with a focus on manufacturing costs and operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze production costs, gross margins, and profitability by product line to provide strategic insights to management.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fixed asset accounting.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  
  
  

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Expertise in cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and internal control best practices relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Demonstrated application of Lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
