Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Manage general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Administer payroll processing for all staff, including timecard collection and submission.
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility service coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the production team and management, including data entry and report generation.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Proficient in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems.
- Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and support month-end closing procedures.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing office operations, supplies, and vendor relations.
- Understanding of basic cost accounting principles and their application within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One).
- Basic understanding of inventory management or cost accounting principles.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with payroll for hourly or shift employees.
