Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators.
- Ensure daily and weekly production schedules and output targets are met.
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of assembly personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models.
- Certification or advanced training in a relevant quality system (e.g., ISO 9001).
