Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Status: Full-Time
Pay: $25-32 per hour - Negotiable based on experience
Additional Pay: 2nd shift differential

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Plato, MN for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to fabricate high-quality products according to specifications. Routine tasks include interpreting technical drawings, programming and setting up machinery, inspecting the completed components for quality assurance, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting machine malfunctions. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety and precision in all operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Machine Operation and general Machinery handling
- Experience with Milling and Machining processes
- Strong capabilities in Quality Control to ensure finished products meet required specifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Previous experience in fabrication or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
