Collaborative Management Program Coordinator: $23-$24
The Piñon Project Family Resource Center is seeking dedicated, community-minded individuals to join our team in supporting children, youth, and families throughout Montezuma County. We are currently hiring for a key position designed to strengthen families, promote youth engagement, success in school, and foster collaboration among community partners.
Position Overview: The Piñon Project is seeking a passionate individual for the following combined positions:
Collaborative Management Program Coordinator: The Collaborative Management Program Coordinator will develop and implement a comprehensive plan to ensure coordinated care for children, youth, and families involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in, the child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems.
Key responsibilities include:
· Facilitating and participating in community and stakeholder meetings
· Developing, writing, and executing MOUs for the Collaborative Management Program
· Coordinating all aspects of HB-1451 and engaging stakeholders across systems
· Scheduling and leading Individualized Support Team meetings
· Taking all meeting minutes
Check & Connect Student Advocate: The Student Advocate will work directly and collaboratively with a caseload of students, their families, school staff, and community partners to promote school success and completion. This role focuses on identifying needs, developing goals, and helping students stay engaged and motivated.
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing individualized support to students and families
· Tracking student goals and progress
· Encouraging engagement in both school and community activities
· Coordinating with schools and service providers to address barriers to success
Youth Activities Leader: The Youth Activities Leader will plan and lead fun, educational, and enrichment activities for children and youth of all ages. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys adventure, creativity, and working with young people from diverse backgrounds in a strengths-based, positive manner.
Key responsibilities include:
· Organizing and facilitating youth programs and activities
· Building positive relationships with youth participants
· Collaborating with staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
· Organized, flexible, reliable, and positive approach to working with youth
· Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain prior to hire
· Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
