What are the responsibilities and job description for the LNA/Licensed Nursing Assistant Training position at The Pines Rehabilitation & Health Center?
The Pines Rehabilitation & Health Center is a 60 Bed SNF/NF facility that provides Quality and Compassionate Resident Centered Care to the residents we serve. We're located in Beautiful Lyndonville, VT. We are currently accepting applications for a Licensed Nursing Assistant and Licensed Nursing Assistant in Training.
As an LNA, your primary role includes:
- Provide personal care which includes but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing and assistance with meals
- Daily documentation
- Light housekeeping
- Promote and participate daily activities for the residents
- Take and record vital signs as well as weights
- Follow all infection control protocols
- Communicate and document any and all changes in resident overall health
