The Role
As an instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective Pilates sessions tailored to various fitness levels. Whether you specialize in Mat, Reformer, or contemporary flows, your goal is to provide an exceptional experience that leaves clients feeling stronger and more centered.
Compensation
- Rate: $50 per class.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality Pilates classes (Group or Private) with clear cueing and transitions.
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different body types, injuries, and fitness levels.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment for all members.
- Ensure the studio space and equipment are kept clean and organized.
- Arrive early to greet clients and stay briefly after class to answer questions.
Qualifications
- Certification: Recognized Pilates certification (Mat and/or Apparatus).
- Experience: Previous experience teaching in a fitness or wellness setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, anatomical knowledge, and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
