Job Title: Production Associate
The Pictsweet Company is seeking highly motivated and reliable production associates to join our team in Bells, TN. As a member of our vegetable processing facility, you will be responsible for producing high-quality branded products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including industrial motor control systems, high voltage transformers, and electrical motors.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), AC inverters, steam controls, hydraulics, pumps, and wire equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Vocational training or maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use a multi-meter.
Qualifications:
- Cognitive and psychological requirements:
- Pass an electrical test.
- Maintain excellent attendance and work record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical demands:
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Adaptability to cold and hot environments.
- Lift up to 75 pounds.
- Additional requirements:
- Willingsness to work extended hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
