Patient Account Representative needed for busy multi-physician family practice clinic in Yukon, OK
Responsibilities
- Medical claim submission and follow up
- Collecting payments
- Resolving billing issues and denial management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Must be familiar with healthcare billing processes, insurance claims and collection procedures
- Must be detail oriented, possess excellent telephone, computer & communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced and professional environment
- High School graduate or equivalent required (GED)
