LPN needed for family practice clinic in Yukon
- Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays
Responsibilities
- Room patients
- Take vital signs, record medical history while confirming purpose of visit or treatment
- Triage patient calls with test results
- Assist physician with treatments, medication refills
- Enter patient information into EHR
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- LPN licensure in State of Oklahoma required
- Must be able to keep operations and work flow organized and operational
- Must be a team player, dependable, and flexible
- Experience with electronic medical records (Epic) a plus
- Orthopedic experience preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or GED
