What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intellectual Property Specialist position at The Phoenix Group?
Responsibilities
- Receive docket communications from a variety of sources.
- Review and identify data for entry into the firm's docketing software.
- Maintain quality control of docketing records and data.
- Prepare routine and special request reports.
- Provide complex and specialized docket support for domestic and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright matters.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain intellectual property docket records.
- Interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of U.S. and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution.
- Minimum of 4 years of intellectual property docketing experience.
- Experience with FoundationIP docketing software.
- Experience docketing in Anaqua.
- Prior experience using iManage FileSite and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with USPTO systems and databases, including eTEAS, TARR, SAEGIS, PAIR, TESS, TSDR, and TTAB.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
