Role Overview
The Hospitality Coordinator serves as a key member of the Workplace Experience team, responsible for front-facing guest engagement and operational support to ensure a seamless, professional office environment. This role involves managing guest interactions, coordinating internal and external events, and providing essential facilities assistance to uphold a positive, productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all personnel and external visitors warmly, ensuring a professional first impression
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs by understanding in-office services, work areas, and facilities support
- Provide first-level technology assistance, ensuring audiovisual equipment (computers, phones, microphones, videoconferencing tools) is functional and properly set up for meetings and events
- Manage communication via Workplace Experience and other relevant inboxes in collaboration with the 24/7 support team, handling inquiries and updates effectively
- Coordinate and support office logistics such as booking conference rooms, visitor accommodations, ordering taxis, logging minor repairs, print/mail support, HVAC adjustments, access card management, and office supply procurement
- Protect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive, proprietary, or financial information according to company policies
Core Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospitality, customer service management, or office support roles
- Previous office front desk, conference center, or facilities management experience preferred
- Experience in professional service environments, law firms, or corporate offices is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to foster a welcoming environment and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability in a fast-paced office setting
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
