This pivotal role combines technical mastery with creative vision, supporting high-profile firm events—including the renowned biennial partner retreat—and providing exceptional AV support across multiple office locations. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT-related experience in AV management, multimedia production, or litigation support within a legal or professional environment
- Hands-on expertise with AV systems such as Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, Polycom, and similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for AV hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-focused approach
- Demonstrated organizational skills and professionalism under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
- Proficiency in video production tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro
- Experience in managing multimedia archives and secure content handling
- Ability to develop compelling courtroom and arbitration presentations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- College degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or multimedia-related fields
- Prior experience supporting high-profile legal or corporate events and conferences
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to travel as needed for offsite events and support
- Willingness to work overtime or on-call support during peak periods or trial schedules

Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
