We are seeking a talented AV Manager to lead and elevate our multimedia and audiovisual operations across multiple office locations. This pivotal role involves managing high-profile events, supporting daily AV needs, and driving service improvements—playing a vital part in maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support audiovisual systems for client meetings, legal proceedings, and firm events, ensuring flawless implementation.
- Lead the planning, setup, and execution of high-profile and live events, including large meetings and firm retreats.
- Manage and troubleshoot AV hardware and software platforms such as Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, and Polycom.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, event planners, and internal teams to deliver tailored multimedia solutions.
- Develop and implement AV best practices, workflows, and process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate maintenance and updates of AV equipment, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Provide hands-on support during critical or high-visibility events, balancing technical assistance with strategic planning.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of IT or AV management experience within a professional or legal environment.
- Proficiency with AV platforms including Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, and Polycom.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for AV hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
