About the Company - The Phoenix Group is a rapidly growing executive search and staffing solutions firm that is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Attorney Recruiter to join our team.
About the Role - As an Attorney Recruiter, you should be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented and competitive environment. We look for candidates who bring a sense of collaboration, creativity, and personal drive. You will proactively recruit candidates while developing and establishing new business relationships. This is a Full Desk Recruiter position where you will help identify and secure new clients, as well as identify, screen, and place matching candidates to specific roles using various tools and methods for business development and recruiting.
Responsibilities -
- Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources.
- Build close partnerships with clients and help their businesses grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
- Manage the process from the interview through the offer stage.
- Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
- Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and Lead generation.
- Have an involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals.
- Create and continuously update client and applicant files in the system for updating and tracking.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment.
- Be prepared to make 75-100 Sales & Recruiting Calls a day
Qualifications -
- 3 – 5 Years as an Attorney Recruiter in a Staffing Agency Environment
- JD is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Technical Skills
- Must be driven, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Must LOVE sales!!

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
