The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Receptionist (Patient Experience Coordinator) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in shaping their journey with our clinic.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Collect and process patient payments
- Accurately input and maintain patient data in our system
- Provide general information about services while following established protocols
- Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and care

What It Takes
- 1–2 years of front desk or customer service experience (healthcare or wellness preferred)
- Experience in hormone & wellness or medical settings is a plus
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Ability to follow structured protocols and workflows
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Position Details

- Location Requirement: Must be able to reliably commute to High Point, NC when required
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
