We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry & Reporting Specialist to assist with tracking, maintaining, and reporting key operational metrics. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with data entry, and experienced using Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools. The position also provides light executive support, including calendar coordination and administrative tracking, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency rather than advanced analytics.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry & Reporting Specialist to assist with tracking, maintaining, and reporting key operational metrics. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with data entry, and experienced using Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools. The position also provides light executive support, including calendar coordination and administrative tracking, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency rather than advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly metrics using Excel and Google Sheets
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries across multiple tracking files
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and simple dashboards
- Support leadership by organizing data for meetings and operational reviews
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and reminders related to reporting deadlines
- Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Identify missing or inconsistent data and flag issues for review
- Follow established processes to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Provide general administrative and reporting support as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree or technical certificate in Business, Data, Information Systems, or a
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, administrative support, or similar roles
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using digital calendars and scheduling tools
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks
