Our client, a top-tier AmLaw global law firm, is looking for third – seventh year transactional Real Estate Associates with big law experience to join their dynamic real estate team. Our client has a destination Real Estate practice, and the head of the practice is consistently Chambers-Ranked. The positions are based in New York and is in office 3 days/week.


The ideal candidate will have played key roles on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, drafting and negotiating development deals and financings. In addition, having equity and finance experience is welcome. Applicants must also be admitted to the New York Bar.

Salary : $260,000 - $420,000
