Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and friendly weekend Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering flowers to customers around the metro area while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as a positive attitude. Always delivering flowers with a smile on your face. When not delivering assisting with various shop related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of flowers in the same condition they leave the shop
- Load and unload flowers from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while driving and handling flowers.
- Assist with various tasks at the shop when not delivering including cleaning buckets, cleaning/organizing/prepping inventory for events, emptying garbage, etc.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude, reliable, responsible, and organized
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Additional Details
- Part Time
- Mondays, 1pm-4pm
- $70 per day, flat rate for 3 hour shift
- Any additional hours needed will be paid at $20/hr
