 Opportunity Description  

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate who will primarily handle the order fulfillment process of the products we produce for our customers.  This team member also plays a role in our inventory management system both virtually and physically as part of the fulfillment process.   The Warehouse Associate role will play an emphasized role in:  

• Preparing Materials for Order Fulfillment: As our business is experiencing rapid growth in sales, our success in production relies heavily on our ability to plan by gathering materials for future work to be completed. This, like the other responsibilities within this role, will require a solid understanding of our virtual and physical inventory movement processes as well as extensive experience safely using heavy machinery such as a forklift. 

• Order Fulfillment: As a key player in maintaining our Core Values of Quality with a Customer-Driven mindset, the Warehouse Associate is the backbone of our operations. This team member is responsible for preparing orders with both attention to detail and a sense of urgency on the customer’s behalf. We pride ourselves on our consistent delivery of a high-quality product that passes analytical testing, so the ability to follow standardized processes with an attention to detail are key markers of success in this role.  

• Cycle Counting: A part of this role will be following our cycle counting process to verify materials and quantities. This involves movement both physically (moving skidded material with a forklift, weighing, etc.) and virtually within our ERP system. Experience in an ERP system will be discussed in the interview and required to move forward in potential employment.

Candidate Requirements/Preferences

• High school diploma or GED required 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified forklift driver. Experience with a walk-behind and scissor lift preferred but not required 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ERP system 

• Experience with Office 365 applications preferred  

• Ability to efficiently multitask with highly detailed work   

• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate cross departmentally   

• Operate with a high degree of urgency, integrity, and positive demeanor
  

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical fit for work assessment
