The Role
We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to support manufacturing and warehouse operations through accurate material movement, inventory control, and ERP system execution. This role is critical to keeping production running smoothly and inventory accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely move, stage, and transfer raw materials, finished goods, and packaging using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Execute inventory transactions accurately within our ERP system (receipts, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts)
- Stage materials to support production schedules and order fulfillment
- Perform routine cycle counting and physical inventory verification
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to support daily operations
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of the daily routine
- Certified forklift operator with at least 3 years of forklift experience
- ERP system experience required (inventory transactions, material movement, cycle counting)
- Strong computer literacy; Office 365 experience preferred
- Ability to manage detailed work with accuracy and urgency
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical fit-for-work assessment
