Our owners are CONSTANTIY buried with far too much to do, and I NEED to hire a detail oriented, organized manager for them ASAP.
- they own a rapidly growing gym out of Harlingen and I can no longer watch either of them get stuck working late again.
Because of how fast we are growing, they are buried in managing-Bag the day-to-day work, invoices, schedules, and client interactions that go with being in operations, but DANG these things take way too much time for them. I need their superpowers directed
elsewhere.
Can you help me help them??
We are looking for a GSD (get-sh*t-done) type of person who is customer-focused but also knows how to get the job done and be a leader for the rest of the company.
- Superb at handling details and managing people
- Loyal & hardworking
- Always follows through and never misses a deadline
- So productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left
- Strong communicator with good computer skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-biz environment where priorities can change quickly
