Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager located in Peoria, IL. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing catering sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning and coordinating events, and providing customer service. They will also work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure successful event outcomes. This role also development of new business for the property in the form of social events, weddings, and more.

Compensation: Salary $65-70k yearly plus quarterly bonus program
