This role is ideal for an experienced litigator with significant experience before the Delaware Court of Chancery and a strong track record handling complex corporate disputes.

Salary Range: $240,000 – $260,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery
- Draft and argue substantive motions and briefs
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage case strategy and oversee key aspects of litigation
- Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings
- 7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Significant experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery
- Superior research and motion drafting abilities
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Trial and/or substantial trial preparation experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Admitted to practice in Delaware
Salary Range: $240,000 – $260,000 (DOE)
