JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Center For the Performing Arts is seeking applicants for part-time job of On-Site Lead Ticket Office Associate
The On-Site LeadTicketOffice Associate provides exceptional customer service while serving asalead staff member during assigned shifts. This part-time position is ideally scheduled for three full shifts per week (preferablyMonday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) with limited evening and weekend hoursrequiredto support events.
This positionassistswith daily operations, helps train and supportnew staff, and provides leadership and customer service in a fast-paced arts and events environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve asalead customer service representative during assigned shifts,assistingpatrons with ticket sales,concessionpurchases, and inquiries while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Help train and supportnew staffmembers.
Maintain knowledge of all Arts Ticket Center events, ticket sales, promotions, discounts, and customer service policies.
Work closely with college student employees and provide guidance as needed.
Perform basic financialand ticketingreconciliations, cash handling, and balancing tasks.
Assistwith concession operations as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service to patrons before, during, and afterassignedevents.
Requirements:
Availability to work three full shifts per week, including limited evenings and weekends.
Ability to work collaboratively with college students and the public.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
Ability tolift upto 20 pounds.
Previouscustomer service or supervisory experience preferred.
The starting rate for this job is $18/hr.
