Pelican Yacht Club is hiring an Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team in beautiful Florida.
We are looking for a passionate, hands on chef who leads from the front, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional food and member experiences.
This role works directly alongside the Executive Chef, helping lead daily operations, menu execution, staff development, banquet production, and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven leadership experience in upscale dining, private club, resort, or high volume kitchens
• Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
• Passion for creativity, consistency, and hospitality
• Ability to lead service while building a culture of accountability
Compensation:
$60,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
