Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, located in Hutchinson Island, FL. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with service standards and maintaining exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising the team, managing service delivery, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and monitoring cleanliness and quality across the dining spaces. The role requires leadership in promoting a culture of excellence while providing guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including managing and motivating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Thorough understanding of Food Service and Service Standards to ensure consistent quality and excellent dining experiences. This includes upscale dinibg, casual and banquet/catering services.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on satisfaction and positive guest interactions.
- Clear and effective Communication skills to liaise with team members, management, and guests.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with experience in hospitality or club settings preferred.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail when addressing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus, along with relevant certifications in food safety or service.
