Part Time Business Assistant
Seeking a Full Time Business to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support my real estate business, property management business, and life.
I have a growing real estate team, multiple rental properties, and a busy family life. I am looking for a person to provide leverage in those areas and who would be excited to grow along with me as I continue to build my team.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, creating systems for the business to run more effectively, taking phone calls, responding to emails, database management, marketing, and developing & implementing client care systems.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, tech savvy, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support.
The person who would be a good fit for this role is someone who is highly accountable, detail oriented, is willing to act without direction after being trained, loves to learn, is very organized, and ultimately wants to help contribute to & grow a business.
The salary will be a base salary with an added bonus structure based on yearly profitability.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
