Were looking for a Global Retail Account Manager to join the International Division at PCA someone whos excited to take the handoff once the deal is signed and make the magic happen behind the scenes.
In this role, youll be the go-to person for our international retail accounts, ensuring every clients onboarding, fulfillment, and communication experience is seamless. Youll work closely with sales, logistics, and global partners to keep operations smooth and relationships strong helping drive PCAs continued growth across markets worldwide.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Ronkonkoma, NY.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
What Youll Do:
Client and Account Management

Serve as the main contact for global retail partners once contracts are finalized.

Manage daily account communication, ensuring all requests and follow-ups are handled promptly.

Support onboarding, pricing setup, and document coordination for each retailer.
Order and Operations Management

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and supply chain to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.

Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and oversee delivery timelines.

Monitor sell-in and sell-through data to help identify growth opportunities.
Retail Program Support

Assist with new retail program launches and product rollouts.

Maintain up-to-date pricing, inventory, and promotional information.

Work closely with the International Operations and Business Development teams to ensure brand and retailer alignment.
Reporting and Process Optimization

Maintain detailed account files and sales reports.

Provide insights to management to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
What You Bring

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Experience with Excel, Outlook, and data reporting.

Background in account management, retail operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred.

Familiarity with international business or the beauty industry is a plus.

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
