Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and have experience in social media.
Duties
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication among team members.
- Assist the program director in completing company paperwork.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation to support various departments.
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide personal assistant support to the program directors
- Maintain computer literacy by utilizing various software applications for administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong skills in calendar management and office management are essential.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel or similar applications.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
