Process & Systems Analyst – Optimize, Analyze, and Drive Excellence!

What You’ll Do
- Monitor & Improve Workflows – Ensure operational teams follow established processes while identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze & Report on Performance – Provide data-driven insights through KPI tracking, audits, and performance reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Lead Problem-Solving Initiatives – Conduct root-cause analysis for service and process issues, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Enhance Systems & Processes – Support system updates, test new functionality, and develop process documentation, flowcharts, and job aids.
- Train & Support Teams – Work closely with management to provide process adherence insights and develop training initiatives that improve performance.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality – Conduct site audits, assess workflows, and recommend process improvements to maintain consistency and excellence across locations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume processing environment.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in data management, process improvement, auditing, and reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with CRM and specialized operations systems preferred.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement impactful solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage diverse teams, present findings, and drive collaboration.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently while delivering high-quality results.
