Inside Sales Specialist - Lattice

 Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time position in our manufacturing facility in Bozeman, MT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Servicing existing customer base, obtaining and processing RFQs and orders, and maintaining established customer accounts. Primarily B, C, and D accounts, as well as supporting SAM and AM roles.
• Working closely with other departments to support customer needs.
• Communicating opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during customer interactions to proper company staff.
• Maintaining and updating CRM information as needed.
• Managing multiple priorities, including repetitive clerical support work, while maintaining a focused eye for detail.
• Supporting the Sales Manager with additional tasks as needed.
• Following established procedures for tasks and making suggestions for improvement.
• Answering the main phone line and the Sales phone line, directing calls as appropriate
• Attending and participating in Sales staff meetings.
• Responding to visitors at the doors, per schedule, and paging staff as appropriate. 

Tasks include:

• Product Traveler check
• Quote entry/check
• Packing slip processing
• @Marketing email correspondence
• Maintain filing system
• Daily reporting
• Part Revs & Change Orders as necessary
• Trade Show logistics

• Be customer oriented, while working in the company’s best interests to meet their specific requirements
• Be able to develop a working knowledge of the manufacturing capabilities, uses and specifications of common infrared crystal products manufactured by Lattice Materials. 
• Be able to work as a team member with other departments to properly communicate/coordinate customer specific and/or special requirements.
• Be able to operate basic office equipment -- including computers, scan, and copy machines -- to calculate prices, generate and send quotes to customers.
• Be able to use Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software and the ERP System.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
• Excellent time management skills.
