We’re looking for an experienced and driven Residential Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a key role within our organization, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong background in residential leasing.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for leasing inquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate with brokers, applicants, tenants, superintendents, property managers, and internal teams
• Calculate and review lease terms to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized leasing files and documentation
• Assist with leasing department mailings and administrative functions
• Collaborate cross-functionally within a large office environment
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 leasing assistants
• Report directly to the Office Manager

What We’re Looking For

• 4 years of residential leasing experience (property management preferred)
• Strong understanding of leasing processes and documentation
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with social media and digital communication tools
• Professional, polished presence
• Knowledge of DHCR and NYC Rent Stabilization regulations is a strong plus
