Career Strategies is hiring a full time apartment leasing consultant for a tax credit community in Hempstead, NY (11550). This is a great opportunity to work for a national property management company. Apartment leasing experience is required.Low Income Housing Tax Credit Experience Highly Preferred.The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately, have excellent people skills, strong sales and closing skills, have apartment leasing experience, is high energy with a positive attitude and is reliable and has strong work ethics.
