The House is seeking exceptional support staff to join our team for the highly popular restaurant concept presented by The Park West Palm Golf Course. 

The House is a 150-seat, culinary-driven, locally inspired restaurant showcasing lush views of the newly renovated public golf course. The atmosphere boasts a clean, modern design with a menu featuring fresh coastal American cuisine. It will be paired with refreshing cocktails, an approachable wine list, and a selection of local beers from throughout Florida.

Job Functions

• Responsible for working with the Chef to ensure the accuracy of each order before it leaves the line
• Proper garnish placement and timely delivery of dishes to the guests at the appropriate table and seat numbers
• Using “full hands in, full hands out” method during service
• Emptying bus bins in the dish area and keeping it clean and organized during high volume times
• Staying up to date with food knowledge and potential allergy hazards
• Polishing and restocking glassware & silverware to assigned areas when needed
• Emptying trash for various departments when needed
• Assisting team members with resetting the restaurant to maintain our ideal atmosphere

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as support in a high-volume hospitality establishment preferred
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven track record in working as part of a high-performing team.
• Able to stand & work on their feet for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift 25 lbs. repeatedly.
