We are currently hiring a fulltime 30hrs/week Lead Server for our main dining room. This is a benefit eligible position and paid time off.
The schedule for this position is:
- Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri, 1:30pm - 7:30pm
- Wed, 8am - 2pm
- We provide shift differentials
Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve meals, beverages and desserts with professionalism and care.
- Assist with dining room set up and clean up.
- Act as host when needed- seating residents and addressing concerns.
- Organize servers during service and support training under the guidance of the Dining Room Manager.
- Communicate feedback and help ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality of service.
