The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm in Acton, MA, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping young families navigate the complexities of planning for their children's futures.
The attorney we hire will feel strongly about our mission to create legal plans for parents so that their children know they were loved, cared for, and protected. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, developing customized estate plans and providing guidance on related matters.
We present educational workshops within the community and would like someone who is interested in educating young families and empty nesters on the importance of planning before a crisis.

To be a successful candidate for this position, you will have 3-5 years of experience in creating, drafting, and implementing comprehensive trust-based estate plans, and an interest in stepping out into the community and educating parents about the need for planning.
