The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is looking for an Operations Manager who will play a role in running the smooth and efficient operation of our law firm. We are looking for someone who understands employee engagement, likes creating Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), enjoys making decisions based on data, and wants to make a position their own. This is a new position with the firm - we are looking for someone who wants to take it and run with it!
Our Operations Manager will work directly with the firm owner to oversee everything but the practice of law. This will include strategic and financial planning and goal setting, policy and procedure creation, as well as human resources functions, such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews and culture enhancement.
The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fast-growing estate planning law firm, looking for an Operations Manager to take us to the next phase of growth. This is a new position. We are looking forward to working with someone who will bring ideas to enhance our team and firm.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 yearly
