What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Design Engineer position at The Panther Group?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Draw, update, and maintain designs
- Strong Design from concept to production
- Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer
- Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
- Proficient in Solidworks (70-80% office setting for Design/Analysis)
- Strong FEA simulations (both static and dynamic) and also in flow simulation (desired but not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge in hydraulics, electrical (power management, engines, belt drives), refrigeration design would be a PLUS
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
