⭐ What You’ll Own
Take full responsibility for core financial operations, including:
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Manage and record all financial transactions in SAP
- Oversee the full AP/AR cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and other key reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, GL accounts, and vendor/customer balances
Billing, Closing & Compliance
- Prepare and issue invoices and manage payment cycles
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes
- Maintain organized, compliant financial records
- Partner with our CPA on financial statements, tax filings, and timely tax payments
Cross-Functional & Operational Support
- Support payroll processing (Paychex experience a plus)
- Manage insurance documentation, renewals, and vendor relationships
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and accounting standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
💼 What You Bring
- 8–10 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
- Exceptional accuracy, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
