Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nurse position located in Sebring, FL. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities also include documentation, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents under your care.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including administering medications, monitoring patient health, and providing bedside care
- Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with residents, families, and the healthcare team
- Compassionate and patient-focused; ability to provide emotional support and build trust with residents
- Active Nursing License in the state of Florida
- Experience in Senior Living, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of health and safety guidelines and infection control practices
