Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, conducting vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Implement and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of Florida
0 years of experience as an LPN/RN (new graduates welcome to apply)
Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
