What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at The Painted Pelican Restaurant?
Busy waterfront restaurant hiring bartenders. Daily card tip payouts, 16 taps, rotating seasonal craft cocktails, closed Mondays and Tuesdays, strong earning potential in a high-volume restaurant.
Pay and Tips:
-$8-$12/hour, based on experience
-Card tips paid out at the end of every shift
-Bartenders split tips evenly
-Receive a 10% tip out from waitstaff based on restaurant liquor sales
What You'll Do:
-Prepare and serve beer, wine, craft cocktails, and specialty drinks
-Learn and help create our rotating seasonal craft cocktail menu
-Serve guests dining at the bar, taking food and beverage orders
-Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
-Work efficiently with the front and back of house team
-Deliver friendly, attentive service in a high-volume setting
What We're Looking For:
-Bartending experience preferred
-Strong multitasking and communication skills
-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
-Weekend and evening availability

Wednesday-Thursday 4:30pm-9pm

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
