Our bars are a central part of the Parker John’s experience. From our All-Day Happy Hour Sunday through Thursday to signature cocktails, loaded Bloody Marys, draft beer, Pig Dice, and weekly events, our bartenders help create the energy that keeps guests coming back.

Our menu is built around made-from-scratch food and authentic hickory-smoked meats, giving our bartenders a product and brand they can proudly represent.

We also offer catering and special-event opportunities, giving our team the chance to be part of weddings, corporate events, private parties, and large-scale gatherings beyond the restaurant.

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with guests, servers, fellow bartenders, and managers

Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings the right personality, attitude, and work ethic.

EXPECTATIONS

• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance are required
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and confidently explain our drink menu, specials, and promotions
• Must follow all responsible alcohol service and cash-handling procedures
• Must be willing to complete our structured bartender training program
