Position Title: Marketing & Community Engagement Summer Intern

General Summary/Purpose

Paducah Bank is seeking an energetic, organized, and community-minded Summer Intern to support two key initiatives: ownership of our Ice Cream Truck community outreach program and engagement support for our Teen Ambassador alumni network. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys interacting with people, managing logistics, and contributing to creative marketing initiatives. The intern will play a visible and important role in representing Paducah Bank throughout the community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

#1 Percentage of time: 60%

Primary Responsibility: Ice Cream Truck Program Ownership

This intern will serve as the primary manager of Paducah Bank’s Ice Cream Truck outreach efforts.

Responsibilities include:

· Transporting the ice cream truck to scheduled businesses, churches, schools, and community events

· Coordinating and executing “Random Acts of WOW” appearances throughout the community

· Monitoring and responding to incoming appearance requests

· Scheduling events and coordinating additional volunteers as needed

· Ordering ice cream inventory and supplies

· Purchasing and restocking inventory to keep the truck fully stocked

· Maintaining fuel levels and ensuring the truck is clean, organized, and event-ready

· Tracking inventory and assisting with basic reporting after events

This position requires strong organizational skills, responsibility, and a high level of professionalism while serving as a brand ambassador for Paducah Bank.

#2 Percentage of time: 25%

Secondary Responsibility: Teen Ambassador Program Support

Paducah Bank recently launched the Paducah Bank Connect LinkedIn page to reconnect with nearly 400 graduates of our Teen Ambassador Program.

Responsibilities include:

· Researching and updating contact information for Teen Ambassador alumni

· Encouraging alumni to join the Paducah Bank Connect LinkedIn page

· Assisting with outreach communication and engagement initiatives

· Supporting efforts to feature alumni in social media content

· Helping identify and promote volunteer opportunities for alumni participation

· Assisting with content planning and light content creation for social media

#3 Percentage of time: 15%

Marketing & Media Support

The intern will also assist the Marketing team with content production and campaign support.

Responsibilities include:

· Assisting the videographer during video shoots (set-up, coordination, on-site support)

· Supporting content creation for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

· Helping capture photos or short-form video content at events

· Providing creative input for summer campaigns and community storytelling
