Pacha Brooklyn is looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to handle the day-to-day accounting of a fast-moving entertainment and hospitality venue. This is an on-site role for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and brings rigor to the details — daily postings and journal entries, account reconciliations, and the month-end close. You’ll support the financial backbone of one of New York City’s leading hospitality and entertainment providers, keeping the books accurate, timely, and clean.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Help manage and report on department budgets.
- Contribute to compiling monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting.
- Partner with leadership on cost control, margin analysis, and profitability by revenue stream (bar, events, ticketing, hospitality).
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong command of reporting to budgets and forecasts, AP, AR, and the month-end close process.
- Comfortable operating in a high-paced, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, 5 days per week.
- CPA designation.
- Experience in the entertainment and/or hospitality industry (nightlife, venues, restaurants, events).
