We’re partnering with a growing, private equity backed middle-market manufacturing company in the Chicago area to hire a Corporate Controller (on-site, Niles, IL).
This is a high-impact role reporting to the CFO, with responsibility for leading the accounting function, improving financial visibility, and driving process and system enhancements across the organization.

Key areas of focus:
- Financial reporting & month-end close

- M&A integration and standardization
We’re looking for:
- 10 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or product-based preferred)
- Strong technical accounting and cost accounting background
- Experience leading teams and improving processes
- Audit experience is a plus
- M&A / integration exposure is a plus
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
